Status & SLA
Where to watch incidents, how we publish post-mortems, and what we owe you when we miss.
Live status
status.tomoul.com — components, current state, incident history.
The status page is independently hosted. If tomoul.ai is down, the status
page isn't — that's the point.

- An incident is opened on status.tomoul.com within 15 minutes of detection.
- Updates every 30 minutes while it's open.
- A post-mortem ships within 5 business days of resolution for any P1 or P2.
Post-mortems are public, link from the incident, and include root cause, contributing factors, customer impact, and the specific fixes shipped.
